Colors

Colors otherwise known as flags, standards, banners, and pennants, are used for retirements, change of commands, award ceremonies, and civic events. Below are the different presentations of colors.

Present Colors: four guardsman team presenting US Flag, AF Flag, and two rifle guards.

Pre-Posting: Our team will set up a US and AF Flag at the front during the ceremony or before the start of the event.

Two-Person Flag Fold: Used for retirement ceremonies a two-man team ceremoniously fold the US Flag and present it to the retiring member.

The Honor Guards’ main focus is funeral honors, so if manning can not support a Colors event, the event will be transferred to Eglin. We will make every attempt to conduct the Colors ceremony.
