UNITE provides Commanders/Directors with funding to execute programs designed to enhance unit cohesiveness that will benefit all members in their unit to include Active Duty, Reservists, and APF/NAF civilians. Funds are issued per calendar year and based on the number of assigned AD AF/SP/Guard/Reserves and DoD Civilians. The CY25 rate is $10-15 per person for activities and $6 per person for food. Family members may participate, at the discretion of the unit CC/Director. To receive these funds, commanders or appointed POCs must submit a UNITE Event Proposal Form to your Community Cohesion Coordinator (C3). Events must contain an activity in order to be approved, this can be explained in further detail by your unit POC.
