MURPH CHALLENGE

The Murph Challenge consists of the following:
- 1 mile run
- 100 pull ups
- 200 push ups
- 300 squats
- end with 1 mile run
All above completed while wearing a 20lb vest.
In honor of Navy Lt Michael Murphy. Modifications and team completions are encouraged.
