Fire up your outdoor cooking skills and learn how to create flavorful meals in the great outdoors! 🔥🍗🐟 Join Outdoor Recreation for a hands-on culinary experience led with support from local chef Heather Harvill.

Participants will be guided step-by-step in preparing delicious Huli Huli chicken and locally sourced fresh fish, served with rice and seasonal vegetables. Along the way, you’ll also get a live demonstration of super cookers and other outdoor cooking equipment available through ODR.
