The Soundside:

Caterer(Full Time, Eligible for Benefits) Responsible for all arrangements for catering activities (i.e., banquets, parties, receptions, luncheons and other special activities) requiring food and beverage service catered by the club. Plans special membership affairs (i.e., New Year's Eve Dance); plans menus; prepares notice to membership; arranges music and entertainment; accepts reservations; plans seating charts and table assignments; and, as required, observes and supervises party in progress.

Chef (Full Time, Eligible for Benefits)Responsible for all food operations at a large kitchen at the Soundside Club, a small kitchen at Velocity Subs and Snack Bar operation at the Hooch Bar and Grill. Responsible for planning and managing all food activities in the club complex to include maintaining food quality.

Maintenance Worker, Supervisor (Full Time, Eligible for Benefits)
Plans the use of workers, equipment, materials, facilities, tool, etc., on a week-to-week basis. Plans self-help projects for lodging facilities. Provides technical direction and/or help in accomplishing difficult work steps and processes. Oversees work progress to meet scheduled deadlines. Inspects lodging facilities, rooms, common areas, grounds, equipment and tools to ensure proper maintenance. Assures safety and housekeeping practices are observed.

Child Development Center and Youth Programs:

Prepares breakfast, lunch and snack for up to 220 children daily. Prepares entire meals which require coordinating the cooking of several items with different cooking times and characteristics. Plans the cooking process to produce complete meals on time and at the proper temperature. Prepares USDA approved menus that reflect children's ethnic origins and special menus for children with food allergies.

Food Service Worker
The primary purpose of this positon is to assist the Cook in the kitchen to include assisting cook, washing dishes, meal preparations.

Child and Youth Program Assistant Serves as a Child & Youth Program Assistant (CYPA) in one or more child and youth programs. Accountable for the whereabouts and safety of children and youth ranging in age 6wks -15 yrs. of age.
