A free class instructed by the HWAC on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30am every week. Come join for cardio/endurance or strength/resistance training. Visit Group Fitness Schedule for other classes held at the other fitness facilities! Fitness classes are available to all who is a valid DOD ID Cardholder.
