First Term Airman Center (CPAC)
Hurlburt Field's First Term Airman Center, uniquely named CPAC, and is standard at all Air Force Installations for airmen arriving at their first duty station.
The 9 day orientation consists of the following briefs, inspections, and tour:
1 MSG/CC brief
1 SOW/CCC brief
Financial Management and Planning
Enlisted Force Structure
Airman & Family Readiness
Sexual Assault Prevention
Force Support Brief and Base Bus Tour
Enlisted Evaluations (EPRs)
Service Dress Inspection by Honor Guard
Professionalism Board with Top 3
Behavioral Health/Suicide prevention
Drug Reduction/Substance Abuse
Chief's Chat (Usually 3-4 CMSgts)
A rigorous PT program is established with PT 3 times per week. Each Tuesday the PT is led by an exercise physiologist from the HAWC, usually CJ Stein.
Our overall objective at CPAC is to equip every new airman assigned to Hurlburt Fld with the knowledge and familiarization of the agencies and assets available to them. By meeting our objective it will afford all airmen the ability to hit the sand running and meet our unique AFSOC and 1 SOW missions.
